About Us

Seán grew up and worked on the Family Farm. He has a Bachelor’s Arts Degree with Honours from St. Patrick’s Pontifical University in Maynooth, a Diploma in Legal Studies and become a Practising Solicitor in 1999. He is also a Notary Public. He has worked and led Lawyers IRLI (Irish Rule of Law International) groups to Colombia, Vietnam and Kosovo. He set up the practice in 2004 and has built up the client base specialising in Personal Injury Law.

Alicia is an American Lawyer. She was educated in the United States and has a Bachelor’s Degree with High Honours from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor Law Degree with High Honours from the University of Mississippi, an American Bar Association Accredited Law School. Alicia holds three American Jurisprudence Awards from the University of Mississippi. Alicia moved to Ireland in 2012 and has been working in the Irish legal system ever since. She has sixteen years of experience in Civil Litigation, specialising particularly in Personal Injuries matters. Alicia’s extensive legal background, knowledge and education, coupled with personal integrity, transparency and compassion, provides client’s with a stalwart advocate to ensure they receive the highest standard of legal representation.

Yvonne is a Legal Secretary with a degree from Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT) in Accounting. She has over ten years’ experience in customer service mainly finance, three years bookkeeping in an Accounting Firm and supports the firm’s legal work with strong organisational and administrative skills.

Iveta is a Lithuanian Lawyer. She graduated from Vilnius Business Law Academy in Lithuania where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Law with Honours. During her studies in Lithuania, she completed legal internships in both a bank and the State Tax Inspectorate, gaining strong practical insight into financial, regulatory, and compliance matters. In 2010, Iveta relocated to Ireland and completed FE-1 preparatory courses at Independent College Dublin. Since then, she has built extensive experience working within the Irish legal system across a number of solicitor firms. Iveta currently specialises in Property transactions and Personal Injury cases. She works closely with clients from the Baltic Republics in Ireland, supporting them throughout their legal matters by clearly explaining legal procedures, translating complex terminology and ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage of their case.

Gabriela is a Brazilian Lawyer. She graduated from the Law University of Bauru in Brazil and has worked extensively in Civil and Family Law. She has over fifteen years of professional background, gaining valuable experience in legal research, case management, and client relations. She also completed training in Conciliation and Mediation at the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, which enhanced her skills in conflict resolution and active listening. In addition to her legal expertise, Gabriela developed strong customer relationship management and organizational skills through her previous role as a Sales Manager and as a Legal and Financial Assistant in a large Retail Company. Since moving to Ireland in 2024, Gabriela has worked in the Irish legal system. Known for her kind, honest, and attentive approach, she offers reliable support to clients. As a native Portuguese speaker, she is also able to assist Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and a supportive experience.
